Fast-Setting, Low-Viscosity Polyurethane Plastics

EasyFlo Series products are easy-to-use, mercury-free polyurethane resins with simple, 1A:1B mix ratios by volume. These super low-viscosity liquids make for perfect detail penetration and bubble-free castings without the need for vacuum or pressure techniques. Rapid demold times make EasyFlo products ideal for high-volume, fast-cast applications.

This series includes options that can be poured, rotocast and sprayed.

EasyFlo plastics are the fastest setting and lowest viscosity resins in Polytek^®’s polyurethane resin line-up, are very versatile and work well for countless commercial, industrial, hobby, craft, prop and display projects.

EasyFlo plastics can be cast in PlatSil^® and TinSil^® silicone molds without any release agent and can be cast in polyurethane rubber molds and latex molds with the proper release agent (e.g., Pol-Ease^® 2300 Release Agent).

EasyFlo 60 Liquid Plastic

• EasyFlo 60 Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to a white, Shore D65 plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by volume and a fast demold time of 15 to 30 minutes. EasyFlo 60 is a super low-viscosity, pourable plastic, but it can be easily thickened with PolyFiber II Thickener for brush-on application. For spray application, consider EasyFlo Spray FR.
• Available in  3.8 lb. Kits, 15.2 lb. Kits, and 76 lb. Kits.
• Example: 3.8-lb kits include: 2 lb of EasyFlo 60 Part A (~1 quart) 1.8 lb of EasyFlo 60 Part B (~1 quart).  15.2-lb kit includes: 8 lb of EasyFlo 60 Part A (~1 gallon) 7.2 lb of EasyFlo 60 Part B (~1 gallon).  76-lb kit includes: 40 lb of EasyFlo 60 Part A (~5 gallons) 36 lb of EasyFlo 60 Part B (~5 gallons)

EasyFlo 90 Liquid Plastic

• EasyFlo 90 Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to white, Shore D70 plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by volume or (100A:90B by weight) and a demold time of 1 to 2 hours. EasyFlo 90 is a super low-viscosity, pourable plastic, but it can be easily thickened with PolyFiber II Thickener for brush-on application. For spray application, consider EasyFlo Spray FR.

EasyFlo 120 Liquid Plastic

• EasyFlo 120 Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to a white, Shore D65 plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by volume and a fast demold time of 15 to 30 minutes. EasyFlo 120 is a super low-viscosity, pourable plastic, but it can be easily thickened with PolyFiber II Thickener for brush-on application. For spray application, consider EasyFlo Spray FR.
• EasyFlo 120 has a controlled gelling process that makes it a popular product for rotocasting or slush-casting hollow parts that are incredibly tough and lightweight. These hollow parts are often backfilled with rigid PolyFoam Casting Foam.

EasyFlo Clear Liquid Plastic

EasyFlo Clear Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to a transparent amber, Shore D72 plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by volume and a fast demold time of 15 to 30 minutes.

This product is great for color casting applications using PolyColor Dyes or for casting with fillers such as bronze powder to create cold cast bronze objects.

NOTE: EasyFlo Clear is not a water-clear plastic. For water-clear plastics, view our Poly-Optic^® 14-Series Clear Casting Resins.

EasyFlo Black Liquid Plastic

EasyFlo Black Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to a deep black, Shore D70 plastic. This low-viscosity resin is an excellent option for casting black parts without the addition of color dyes. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by weight or volume, a pot life of ~2 minutes, and a fast demold time of 10 to 15 minutes. 

EasyFlo Black is a great option for prop making, prototyping, theming and display elements, model making, sculpture reproduction, taxidermy, and much more.

EasyFlo Spray FR Liquid Plastic

EasyFlo Spray FR Liquid Plastic is a two-part, sprayable polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to an off-white, Shore D72, UL-94 (V-0) fire-retardant plastic. Use a portable PlasPak Spray Gun or higher-volume spray equipment to apply a hardcoat over foam or for sprayed-up hollow castings. For a pourable, UL-94 (V-0) fire-retardant plastic, consider EasyFlo 100 FR Liquid Plastic.

EasyFlo 100 FR Liquid Plastic

EasyFlo 100 FR Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to an off-white/tan, Shore D65, UL-94 (V-0) fire-retardant plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by weight or volume and a fast demold time of 15 to 30 minutes. EasyFlo 100 FR is a very low viscosity, pourable plastic, but it can be easily thickened with PolyFiber II Thickener for brush-on application. For spray application, consider EasyFlo Spray FR.
